PuzzlePrint is a web-based tool for creating chess exercise sheets as PDF files. The free version can be used without registration. The Premium version (one-time payment) unlocks advanced features: unlimited puzzles, additional layouts, solution PDF and Lichess puzzle search.
Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (Merchant of Record). The purchase contract is concluded between the buyer and Paddle. Paddle is the legal seller and handles invoicing, payment processing and VAT handling for all EU countries. Accepted payment methods: credit card, PayPal and other methods supported by Paddle.
PuzzlePrint Premium costs €19.90 (one-time, 1 year term, no automatic subscription). All prices include statutory VAT (collected by Paddle).
After successful payment, Premium features are activated immediately in the browser. Delivery is made by providing digital access — no physical goods are shipped.
Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. As this concerns digital content that is provided immediately after payment, the right of withdrawal expires according to Art. 16 lit. m of the EU Consumer Rights Directive upon commencement of performance, provided the consumer has expressly consented. The service is provided "as is". Liability for data loss, outages or indirect damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is Graz, Austria.
