You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Philipp Raeke, Karmeliterplatz 2/I, 8010 Graz, email: kontakt@puzzleprint.org) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by email).
The right of withdrawal expires for contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if the trader has begun performance after the consumer has expressly consented that the trader may begin performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period and the consumer has confirmed awareness that consent results in loss of the right of withdrawal (Art. 16 lit. m Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).
Since PuzzlePrint Premium is activated immediately after payment, the right of withdrawal expires upon commencement of performance. If in doubt, please contact us — we will find a fair solution.
