You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.
Send a short email to kontakt@puzzleprint.org with the email address you purchased with (or your Paddle order number). We will process the refund promptly.
Payments are processed by our payment provider Paddle (Merchant of Record). The refund goes back to the original payment method; depending on your bank it can take a few business days to appear. Premium access ends when the refund is issued.
Your statutory rights, in particular the consumer right of withdrawal, remain unaffected (see Cancellation Policy).
